After carefully explaining Founder Mode, Joe goes on to propose a new management paradigm that really got me thinking. He coined the term, “Banana Mode,” as the next big thing in management styles.
Let’s be real: It’s not only the next big thing. It’s the ONLY thing; the ultimate evolution of leadership in any startup, unicorn, institutional business that has been around for decades, or government.
Banana Mode is the perfect blending of Founder Mode, Manager Mode, Dictator Mode, Owner Mode, and every other mode you’ve ever heard of or never heard of or invented in the shower.
